Over 200 students and parents from across the Darling Downs, joined us for the 2022 Senior Years Experience Day.
For many of the current Glennie Years 5 and 6 students, the afternoon marked the first occasion that these students were able to meet our Senior Years teachers, find out what opportunities await them in Year 7, and to experience both the learning opportunities and facilities that our Senior Years girls enjoy.
For the number of girls experiencing Glennie for the first time, the day was also an opportunity to form new and hopefully lasting friendships.
Whether it was building rockets in Science, getting hands-on and making wonderful creations in Art, or working up a sweat in the S&C Gym and Sports Centre, there was something available for everyone.
The day concluded with a student and parent Q&A session, where a group of our Year 7 girls shared their Senior Years experience and provided further valuable information to the future Glennie girls in attendance.
